We collect information in three ways

1. Information provided by user : We request information such as your name, email, location, gender, height, age group, body mass index, weight and your medical data including but not only limited to your diagnostic test result data. This information is private and will not be shared.

2. Information provided by employer : These include, but not limited to, your name and email address.

3. Information we collect when users use the service : We may collect information about the services that you use and how you use them - like, but not limited to, your frequency of logging in, which features you are using, what content you visit.

4. Information we collect from the third-party apps : We will collect data produced by your use of, or uploaded by you to, certain integrated third party applications, programs and/or devices that you may elect to use in connection with the Website and/or the Service. We provide you with information about Programs that connect with the Service. These Programs typically have features that collect and store data and/or other information about you and/or permit you to upload the same to your user account with the Program. When you choose to integrate these Programs with the Service, they will be able to provide us with access to some or all of that data and/or other information. You should review information from the Programs, including their privacy statements and terms of use, prior to using them or allowing them access to any information about you. These Programs are not sold, designed or manufactured by the Company. All support for these Programs is provided by the Program provider. The Company does not warrant and is not responsible for the quality, use or operation of the Programs and your use of any such Programs is governed by separate terms of use and privacy statements by the Program provider. Specifically, with your permission, we may also receive data from your mobile device’s health app (like Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect), including steps count & workout related data. However, we do not infer any health-related characteristics from this information and only process it consistent with the purpose for which it was originally provided.

How We Use the Information We Collect :

We use the information we collect to improve the Website, the Service and other services and features provided by us. We may also use User Data, including Aggregated User Data, to develop proprietary technology or services (including through the filing of patents or other forms of intellectual property protection) to be used in the Service and/or other related services.


1) We encrypt our services using SSL.

2) Your organizations information will be visible to your employees and admins only.

3) We don’t share any personal health related data uploaded by the employee.

4) We will get access to your location data if you have your device's location turned on while tracking your run/ride. We do not share this data outside the organization.


All the necessary measures have been taken to ensure hassle-free & secure transactions along with data confidentiality and integrity.


We have effective session management with strict password policies apart from user-specific access and admin control. app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.


Robust backup & restore plan is in place. Also compliant with International standards.


We retain information as long as it is necessary to provide the Services to you and others, subject to any legal obligations to further retain such information. Information associated with your account will generally be kept until it is no longer necessary to provide the Services or until your account is deleted. In making these determinations, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the purposes for which the information is processed, whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and applicable legal requirements.

You may request for your data to be deleted by contacting us at [email protected] . After you make your request, it may take up to 45 days to fully delete your personal information and system logs from our systems. Additionally, we may retain information to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce the Terms of Service, and take other actions permitted by law. The information we retain will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information connected to you that is no longer necessary and relevant to provide our Services to you may be de-identified or aggregated with other non-personal data to provide insights that are commercially valuable to us, such as statistics of the use of the Services.


In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind in connection with this document or sale of service(s) or sale of products(s) by us, even if we have been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.


All transactions and arbitration thereof shall be governed by, interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Bangalore, Karnataka.
